We install architectural asphalt shingles, standing seam metal, and low-slope systems (TPO single-ply and modified bitumen/torch-down). Shingle is the value workhorse, metal maximizes longevity and energy performance, and TPO/torch-down are proven on flat areas. The right choice depends on pitch, budget, ventilation, and maintenance goals. We’ll compare options for Portland’s climate and give you a clear recommendation. 

Every roof comes with a 25-year workmanship warranty from Prolectric NW plus the manufacturer’s material warranty for your chosen system. We register applicable warranties and provide the documentation at closeout so you know exactly what’s covered and for how long. 

Yes! We offer a variety of financing options so you can choose what fits your budget. You can also pay by cash or card, or use your own bank or credit union. We’ll review current rates, terms, and monthly payment examples during your estimate.

We serve the greater Portland–Vancouver metro. On the Oregon side: Portland (all neighborhoods), Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Tualatin, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Oregon City, Milwaukie, Happy Valley, Gresham, Sherwood, Wilsonville, and nearby communities. On the Washington side: Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield, and Battle Ground. If you’re just outside these areas, tell us your address—we often travel for roofing, electrical, HVAC, and solar projects!

We plan site protection in advance: landscape tarps and plywood shields, attic/interior protection as needed, and a dedicated on-site dumpster. Our trained crews follow a safety plan, keep a clean jobsite, and perform daily magnet sweeps for nails with a full final cleanup before we leave. The goal is zero surprises and a property that looks the way we found it (with a better roof).
